Ordering and delivery

What is my size?

It depends on how you like to fit. Since we have different type of products and fits, you can check our Size Charts.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship worldwide.

How much are shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. If your order value is more than 75€, we provide free shipping within Spain peninsula and, if you order value is more than 150€, we provide free shipping worldwide.

  • Spain peninsula: from 4,50€
  • Spain (Balearic Islands): from 8,75€
  • Spain (Canary Islands): from 11,75€
  • France: from 9,15€
  • Italy: from 9,15€

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at info@themarvelousbrand.com or reach us on WhatsApp just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online. Anyway, you can contact us either via email (info@themarvelousbrand.com) or WhatsApp.

When will my order arrive?

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you specify when placing your order.

  • Allow 2-3 business days for deliveries within Spain 
  • Allow 3-5 business days for Canary Island, Balearic Island, Ceuta, Melilla & Andorra 
  • Allow 7-9 business days for European deliveries
  • Allow 9-11 business days for Rest of the world
  • For Pre-Orders please allow between 10-15 days

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: American Express, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Clearpay (please, find more details about Clearpay conditions by clicking on the following link)

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Please note Gift Cards are not included within our return policy, so we do not accept its return.

How do I return an item?

You can manage your return in this link. Providing the return is within the 14-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email.

Has my return any cost?

We will refund the price of the Product(s) in full (subject to any deduction we are entitled to make due to your use of or damage to the Product(s)), including the cost of standard delivery just when the product/s suffer a defect entitled to us. We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, unless agreed otherwise.

However, when the devolution occurs for any other reason we will not refund the cost of delivery you paid or your cost of returning the Product(s) to us, as you are responsible for those costs. We will refund any money received from you using a gift card, unless agreed otherwise.

How long does it take to return an item?

Once we accept your return, this depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.
